Responsibilities
- Handle all logistics CEO related Interact with leadership, internally and externally.
- Be responsible for calendar management, requiring interaction with both internal and external executives and assistants to coordinate executive meetings.
- Arrange travel schedule and reservations, VISA filing for executive management as needed.
- Preparing MOM and managing conferences calls.
- Assist in preparation of presentation materials.
- Manage hard copies of correspondence received and organize a file management system.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Strong short hand and dictation taking skills.
- Well versed with all office management techniques.
Schedule:
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
- relevant work: 10 years (required)
