Description

Cytecare Hospital in Yelahanka, Bangalore is looking for billing representatives.

The requirements are as follows:

To cover all the new admissions in the hospital.
To admit the patients in the hospital and consequently guiding them to their respective bed.
Smile always & maintain a connect with patient.
Attending to patient queries/clarifications.
To do OPD/IPD billing with mínimal errors.
Daily assessment of patients in the Inpatient wards by doing the daily rounds.
Making Courtesy calls post discharge.
Sending of daily Reports to the Head of the Department.
Follow up on the outstanding payments.
Facilitating Insurance coordination on the floors.
Handling of International Patients from arrival to departure.
To compile and analyze data related to IP.
Bed Management.
In Patient Discharge Management.

Education :
Any graduate (graduation is must)

Experience :
Must have minimum of 1-2 years experience.

Shifts :
Rotational Shift

Must have excellent communication with a strong hold on English.

Should be able to join immediately or within 15 days.

Salary:
₹18, ₹28,000.00 per month
