Packaging Head - Surat, India - FUAARK

Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Packaging Head to oversee all aspects of packaging operations at Fuaark. The Packaging Head will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, including packaging, inventory management, and worker supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of warehouse operations, including storage, packaging, and shipping of products.
• Oversee the packaging process to ensure timely and accurate packaging of products. Monitor packaging quality and enforce quality control measures.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure adequate stock levels to meet customer demand. Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies. Coordinate with procurement and production teams to replenish stock as needed.
• Supervise warehouse staff, including packaging workers and other warehouse personnel. Assign tasks, provide training, and evaluate performance. Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork and collaboration.
• Monitor product quantities in the warehouse and update inventory systems accordingly.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the warehouse. Implement best practices and technological solutions to streamline operations and improve productivity.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in warehouse management, packaging operations, and inventory control.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
