Job Objective

  • He would be r
    esponsible for Employee services over Phone Calls, mails & Query resolution of distributors at PAN India level.
Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities would be:
  • To handle Distributor
    calls & queries and resolve complaints through Phone
To Listen the all
queries with patience and politeness to understand the depth

of issue
To Follow-up with
Branches & other departments till the resolution
To Make
Outbound Calls
To Work on E-mails on a regular basis

To Ensure satisfaction of distributors/customers

Make Entry of required data

Any other relevant duties that arise from time to time


Technical/Functional Competencies:

Good
Communication skills in English & Hindi
Good Mail
writing skill
Strong
phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
Familiarity
with CRM systems and practices
Customer
focus and adaptability to different personality types
Should be well versed with
MS Office suite (MS Word, PowerPoint & excel)

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
₹14, ₹25,000.00 per month
