Telesales Executive
Position Overview:
A Telesales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling products or services over the phone to potential customers. They play a vital role in generating sales leads, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided list, script, or database to introduce products or services.
Product Knowledge:
Develop a strong understanding of the products or services being offered to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and advantages to potential customers.
Customer Engagement:
Engage in friendly and persuasive conversations with potential customers to capture their interest, address their inquiries, and build rapport.
Lead Generation:
Identify and qualify potential leads by gathering relevant information about their needs, preferences, and buying intentions.
Overcoming Objections:
Address objections or concerns raised by potential customers by providing accurate information and presenting suitable solutions.
Closing Sales:
Effectively guide the conversation towards closing the sale, which may involve negotiating pricing, offering discounts, or providing incentives.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, leads, and sales in the CRM system or relevant software.
Collaboration:
Coordinate with the sales team, marketing team, and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and exchange of information.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 12th and Graduates are required.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Basic understanding of sales techniques, negotiation, and objection handling.
- Comfortable working with sales targets and metrics.
- Selfmotivated, proactive, and resultoriented.
Work Environment:
Telesales Executives typically work in an office environment, often in call centers or sales departments. They may spend a significant amount of time on the phone, engaging with potential customers.
Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
