    We are looking for a dynamic Senior Leader to join the Product Management team to build an effective team at HighRadius, one of the most innovative FinTech's in the Enterprise SaaS space and the most innovative in Integrated Receivables & B2B Payments.


    Job Summary:
    HighRadius is looking for a Director - Product Management role for one our core Products.

    The role requires you to work closely with the Business SME teams, senior leadership and other customer facing functions to help develop and grow a world class product.


    Responsibilities:

    As the Director of Product Management, develop and execute the product roadmap / strategy incorporating market trends, customer needs and competitive analysis to build a world class product.

    Collaborate effectively with VP Plus level leadership to provide transparency and become the subject matter expert (SME) for the product.

    Establish strong working relationships with the Business Teams and other stakeholders.
    Out of the box thinking to constantly innovate and identify opportunities to increase our overall transaction volume.

    Lead and support a team of 5-25 PMs to deliver greater value to our clientsCollaborate with engineering team to effectively execute sprintFlexible to work with a team that is globally distributedPartner with engineers, architects, cross functional teams such as growth, sales, finance and support.

    Consuming third party API documentation to translate into a requirement document

    Requirement:
    Product Management experience in a B2B SaaS Product is preferred.

    Should have been the owner of the product or a module of the product, preferably in the B2B SaaS finance domain.

    Should have a basic knowledge of modes of data exchange across systems, e.g., APIs, file base etc. such that you are able to work seamlessly with engineering and external partner teams.
    Should have excellent documentation & communication skills in order to document the requirements and wireframes.

    Skills:
    Experience Range: 9 to 20 Years in Product Management (out of overall experience)
