    For our location in Trivandrum, dSPACE is searching for a Microsoft Dynamics Developer responsible for developing and maintaining the Microsoft Dynamics D365-FO solution used across the entire dSPACE Group. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in software development, particularly in Microsoft Dynamics 365-FO. You will play a crucial role in the development cycle, from analyzing requirements to implementation and deployment. As a Senior Dynamics 365 Developer, you will be part of the Global ITM Application Team and act as the main contact from the India Team. This position will report to the Practice Leader and offer technical guidance on technology decisions with different delivery teams, overseeing product development progress and engaging with stakeholders and system integrators on business objectives, functionality, architecture, and product deployment. Your future colleagues are excited to collaborate with you on a variety of challenging subjects. During a comprehensive induction phase, your team members will assist you in getting acquainted with our products and duties.

    YOUR TASKS
    - Understanding business requirements and translating them into customized deliverables
    - Developing high-level technical specifications prior to deliverables
    - Creating solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O
    - Designing, building, and maintaining efficient, reusable, and reliable code
    - Executing user stories and tasks backlog on Azure Dev Ops
    - Reviewing existing and new X++ code for performance and best practices
    - Actively participating and leading daily standup and team meetings
    - Collaborating with architects and developers to ensure solution access and security profiles align with requirements and standards

    - Documenting application architecture deliverables according to principles, standards, and best practices

    YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
    - B.Tech/M.Tech university degree
    - Minimum of 5 years of Dynamics AX or D365 F&O experience in a similar development role
    - Experience with LCS, Azure DevOps, and Visual Studio
    - Understanding of Microsoft development pipeline process
    - Development experience in ERP products such as Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R1-R3, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations
    - Strong Quality Assurance (QA) skills
    - Ability to debug applications in various languages
    - Confidence to lead a team
    - Self-motivated with the ability to complete tasks promptly, whether working independently or in a team
    - Familiarity with Microsoft Reporting technologies
