Welfare Officer @ Machohally - Bengaluru, India - Blossom Inners Pvt Ltd
Description
Responsible for employee life cycle management including induction, performance management, reward, recognition, Man Power Planning, Exit Interviews and retirement of staff's in Bangalore Unit.
- Run various employee engagement activities within the Unit.
- Act as welfare officer for the staff.
- Ensure the office maintenance, first aid and discipline along with proper Safety measures.
- Comply with all statutory requirements of the Bangalore Unit.
- Responsible for attendance management system and integration of attendance to payroll system from Bangalore Unit
- Employee induction and enrollment of employees under various welfare schemes such as ESI, PF, LWF, Medical etc.
- Employee database management and employee file maintenance
- Induction procedure for staff including office provision for the staff
- Travel and Batta management for staff from Bangalore Unit.
- Coordination with HO for Employee benefits such as loan, marriage gift etc.
Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary:
₹23, ₹28,000.00 per month
