Description

Role & Responsibility Develop and implement HR strategies and initiativesaligned with the overall business objectives.
Oversee the recruitment and selection process includingsourcing candidates conducting interviews and making hiringdecisions
Manage employee relations issues includingconflict resolution disciplinary actions and grievanceprocedures
Develop and implement performance managementsystems to ensure high performance and employeeengagement

Coordinate training and development programsto enhance employee skills and capabilitiesAdminister employee compensation and benefits programsincluding payroll and administration of employee benefitsplans.

Ensure compliance with all relevant employmentlaws and regulations Maintain accurate anduptodate HR records and documentation
Provide guidanceand support to managers and employees on HRrelatedmatters Prepare and Manage MonthlyPayroll ofHead Office and units of the company
Responsible for ESIEPF and Other Statutory Filings and Returns of thecompany
Responsible for end to end complainces of labourlaws.
