Description

Give in-depth and high level technical presentation to customers.

• Develop and deliver technical training for sales and partners.
• Support sales with technical and project consultancy at meeting to capture and define customer's requirements.
• Review technology/service offering/product with internal and external parties as part of evaluation or development process.
• Responsible for project management from requirement capturing, design to implementation.
• Work closely with delivery management team to ensure deliverables are on time,to specification and within budget.
• Provide handson configuration, testing, documentation, and technical assistance to customer and partner during deployment.
• Provide training to customers (IT administrators and end users).
• Provide full documentation of the deployment to assist in the successful transition of the customer to the support teams.
• Identify design improvements and followup with product management for successful resolution.

To be successful in this role

• Must have technical skills: Windows Server, Microsoft IIS and Microsoft SQL Server
• Experienced with software solution architectures.

- (Optional) Networking concepts (e.g. firewall rules), Microsoft ActiveDirectory, Storage Technologies (NAS/SAN/Object Storage), SSL/TLS and SMTP
- (Bonus) Encryption-at-rest and authentication (e.g. OpenID concepts)software experience.

• Strong customer service focus and sense of urgency.

• Upto 12 Lac PA

Pay:
₹800, ₹1,200,000.00 per year
