Job Purpose
To work on sales, lead generation and business development for M&A services and related assignments. Coordinate with clients, establish business rapport and enhance client satisfaction.
Reports to
Sales Head / Director
Duties and Responsibilities
SALES:
- To call and communicate with decision-makers of companies, to pitch M&A services
- Schedule meetings and teleconferences, and pass on leads to seniors for onward Sales closure of minimum 2 mandates per month
- Responsible to conduct webinars / WebEx / primary meetings with prospective clients falling within the defined selection & turnover criteria
- To participate in teleconferences and meetings with prospective clients, with seniors
- Lead Management
- Maintain lead pipeline, followup on the leads generated and continuously update Sales Team on the progress
- To prepare, update & maintain daily, weekly, monthly MIS & status reports for Sales team.
SOURCING:
- To source business, originate leads, and generate minimum 5 prospective leads per month, as per assigned sourcing criteria
- Source companies and key decision makers through different online - offline tools available
- Conduct research on different market segments including geographies, industries and find potential clients/build databases
- Arrange and update the database, call records and prepare a plan for future lead generation
- Prepare basic documents for client meetings including company profiles, business propositions, draft mandates, growth roadmap presentations as required
- Maintain dashboards, project trackers, live-lead lists, meeting schedules/minutes, team performance and productivity reports, client feedback and customer satisfaction surveys
- Coordinate information with ALCOR internal functions.
CRM (CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT):
- To be the SPOC for mandated clients and key accounts
- Resolve client queries and grievances and assist in smooth transition for clients throughout the milestone stages
- Developing customer rapport and cultivating relations for business development.
The Business Analyst will be directly responsible for:
- Setting con-calls, teleconferences, meetings for senior Sales team members
- MIS, databasebuilding and regular reporting
- Receiving project intents and documentation like company profile, corporate presentations, NDAs, financial documents, project specifications etc. from foreign clients

Education:
Convent educated with a postgraduate degree in Sales/Marketing
Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years' experience in Sales/Business Development, in service sector

₹250, ₹400,000.00 per year
