Job Overview
To expand our sales team, we are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Telesales Executive. The chosen applicant will be important in using successful telesales tactics to propel revenue growth. The Telesales Executive will be in charge of contacting prospects, cultivating leads, and completing phone transactions
.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Make cold calls to prospective clients from our database of leads and clearly explain the benefits of our e-commerce services.
- Develop and preserve enduring relationships with your clients by learning about their business requirements and coming up with customised solutions.
- Reach and surpass weekly and monthly sales goals by aggressively pitching and cross-selling goods and services.
- Maintain precise and thorough records in the CRM system of all calls made and outcomes obtained.
Qualification & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is preferred
- Previous Experience in Telesales or similar role is highly diserable.
- Highly Motivated
- Familarity with CRM software and sales Processes.
- Knowldege in ecommerce Platform.
- Excelent negotiation and closing skills.
Salary:
₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
