Job Summary:
A part-time IT trainer is responsible for delivering high-quality training and educational programs related to information technology. This role involves planning, developing, and conducting training sessions, assessing the performance of participants, and keeping course materials up-to-date.


Key Responsibilities:


Curriculum Development:
Create or update training materials and content to ensure they align with current IT industry standards and trends.


Assessment:
Develop and administer assessments, quizzes, and projects to evaluate participants' knowledge and skills, providing constructive feedback.


Individual Support:
Offer one-on-one support and guidance to participants who may need additional help or clarification.


Technology Integration:

Keep up-to-date with the latest IT tools, software, and technologies to ensure the training content remains current and relevant.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as computer science, information technology, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in IT training or teaching, either in an academic or professional setting.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience with a variety of IT technologies, tools, and platforms.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Patience and a passion for helping others learn and succeed in the IT field.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and various training methods, including elearning and virtual classrooms.
• A commitment to staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.

Working Conditions:

• Parttime position, with flexible hours.
