Job Title:
Social Media Optimization (SMO) Executive

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement SMO strategies to increase brand visibility and drive engagement.
Create compelling content tailored to different platforms, including text, images, and videos.
Design visually appealing posts that align with brand identity and resonate with the target audience.
Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize campaigns and achieve KPIs.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing.
Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media into overall marketing initiatives.
Manage and schedule posts on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster community growth.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in social media marketing with a focus on channel growth and increasing traffic.
Strong content writing skills with the ability to create engaging and shareable content.
Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
Experience in managing social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
Knowledge of social media analytics tools to track performance and derive insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment.
Creative thinker with a passion for social media and digital marketing.
