Production Process Supervisor

Role Summary/Purpose

Process/Production leader owns responsibility & accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives. You will be responsible for the operational, Safety and team success for the Plant Operations.

Qualifications/Requirements

1. Highest Levels of Personal Integrity and Safety Mindset.

2. Degree/Diploma in Engineering or related field (Science)

3. Minimum of 10 years of industrial experience in a manufacturing and supply chain environment.

4. Demonstrated experience owning production processes, and growing capability, yield and quality.

5. Strong communication Skills, written and verbal. Ability to build teams and motivate them for higher performance.

7. Experience working with global teams

Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to analyse and resolve problems. Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects. Ability to document, plan and execute programs. Established project management skills. Manufacturing Process Experience including standards, quality systems, manufacturing processes, testing requirements, etc.
