About the Role:
We're looking for a great full-cycle recruiter to join our People Team.

This role is perfect for a team player with an eye for talent Our team supports all levels of the Augmedix organization, managing the recruiting process from sourcing to making an offer.

Responsibilities (Included but not limited to):

  • Manage the entire lifecycle of hiring
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand recruiting needs and design the best recruiting strategy
  • Organize and facilitate interview debriefs
  • Partner with the rest of the team to create a smooth transition from accepting an offer to becoming a fulltime Augmedix team member.
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of different strategies to learn from experience and continuously improve our talent acquisition process
  • Manage ATS (Lever)

Desired Skills:


  • 37 years of experience in recruitment
  • Experience volumehiring/campus hiring preferred
  • Strong drive to find and connect with the best and brightest
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Team player: willing and excited to roll up your sleeves and contribute to all parts of the recruiting process, willing to teach and learn
  • Detailoriented and process driven
