Opportunity Overview:
We are seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as Marketing Managers and Executives. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a growing company and drive our expansion into retail outlets.

As a Marketing Manager or Executive, you will be instrumental in building relationships with retail partners, advocating for our products, and increasing our brand presence on the ground.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with retail outlets on a daily basis to promote our range of personal care and beauty products, with a primary focus on sanitary napkins.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with store owners and managers, understanding their needs and aligning them with our product offerings.
• Implement innovative marketing strategies to increase product visibility and drive sales in retail outlets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop localized marketing campaigns and promotional activities tailored to specific retail locations.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively in a fastpaced environment.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Flexibility to travel and work flexible hours as required.

Pay:
₹10, ₹30,000.00 per month


Expected hours:
No less than 14 per week
