Responsibilities:

Customer Transactions: Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.

Cash Handling: Manage cash transactions, including handling cash, credit, and debit card payments.

Billing: Generate invoices and receipts for customers' purchases.

Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and assisting with jewelry selections.

Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and stock levels.

Security: Adhere to security procedures to prevent theft and ensure a safe shopping environment.

  • Day Reconciliation: Balance cash registers at the end of each shift and ensure all transactions are accounted for.

Assist in Visual Merchandising: Support the team in maintaining attractive displays and arranging merchandise as needed.

Adherence to Policies: Follow company policies and procedures regarding sales, returns, and exchanges.


Qualifications:
-
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience: Prior experience in cashiering, billing, or customer service roles preferred.

Knowledge: Familiarity with POS systems and basic accounting principles.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate billing and transactions.

Team Player: Ability to work effectively within a team environment.

Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Integrity: Trustworthy and reliable, with a commitment to upholding ethical standards.


Pay:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
