    Job Overview

    Full-time Accounts Executive position at SARAVANA GLOBAL ENERGIES PVT LTD The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing and overseeing the company's financial records, including payroll processing and compliance.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
    • Senior: 7 to 10 years of experience in a similar role
    • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
    • Experience with payroll processing and compliance
    • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
    • Attention to detail and accuracy
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Manage and maintain financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
    • Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll for employees
    • Maintain compliance with labor legislation and regulations
    • Prepare financial reports and analysis for management
    • Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial goals are met
    • Perform general accounting tasks, such as reconciliations and journal entries
