Unix Administrator L2


Location:
Yantra Tech Park, Thane

Experience: 3+ years


Salary:
Up to Rs. 15 LPA, as per industry standards

**Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioural Competency):
- **•Good knowledge of Unix OS basics


  • Hands on experience on Unix server operating systems
  • Troubleshooting skills
  • Awareness about OS hardening / patching and other security aspects.
  • Readiness to work in 24x7 environment.
  • Knowledge about SAN storage administration
  • Understanding of Networking basics
  • Certifications
  • Excellent communication skills

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role: -
Installing, configuring and maintaining Unix Servers.

Patching OS and installation of required softwares

User management, Filesystem management and Logical volume management

Ability to manage Virtualization - IBM VIOS, LPAR, HP VPARs, HP Integrity VM concepts and implementation

Ability to manage OS Clusters

Strong in troubleshooting Hardware and Operating system related issue.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year
