    Description

    A pioneering startup that invests in andoperates a diverse house of game studios specifically focusing onrevenuegenerating casual mobile game studios in emergingmarkets.

    Role : GameDesigner
    Location     : BangaloreWork Mode : InOffice
    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Developand own game features from concept through to live operationsfocusing on retention engagement monetization and growth to alignwith the product goals.
    • Regularly analyze anditerate on existing game features based on player feedback andingame behavior data.
    • Keep up with competitorsand industry developments.
    • Collaborate closelywith engineers product managers artists and other designers tocreate a compelling cohesive gamingexperience.
    • Work with artists to develop UI/UXdesigns and art assets that enhance player interaction and gameaesthetics.
    • Produce and update game guides gamedesign documents and playerjourneys.

    Requirements:

    • 3 years of expertise in designing gamelevels
    • Demonstrated experience in designingbalancing and maintaining game systems with a focus on casualpuzzle match3 and word game genres.
    • Provenability to create clear and effective wireframes and logical flowdiagrams to illustrate game mechanics and featureinteractions.
    • Strong aptitude for analysis andproblemsolving
    • Selfdriven individual with astrong sense of responsibility for theirwork.
    • Excellent written and spokencommunication skills capable of both conveying design conceptseffectively and collaborating across diverseteams.
    • A solid portfolio of design documentsand game prototypes.
    • Strong familiarity withdesign techniques and current understanding of markets playerincentives and casual puzzle or mergingaudiences.

    Goodto have:

    • Proficiency inusing design and prototyping tools such as Figma to create UI flowsand prototypes.
    • Knowledge of UI/UX designprinciples and the ability to work closely with artists to realizevisual design elements.
    • Ability to interpretgame metrics and player data to inform feature development and gamedesigndecisions.
