Experience Required:


  • Verify the document checklist to ensure all documents are received
  • Ensure timely analysis on fact and outstanding reports.
  • Facilitate business continuity by tracking and ensuring responses to related communications.
  • Assist controller in producing documentation required for all crew members.
  • Scanning, copying and filling.
  • Collect, scan and upload documents following set procedures.
  • Ensure all technical documents, such as reports, certificates and documents, are collected and registered in system.
  • Notify personnel of updated document versions and how to access them
  • Print and distribute documents as necessary.
  • Work with documents and records across various departments.
  • Create systems to manage company documents.
  • Ensure that all documents are up to date. Conduct company internal audits to ensure documents are being followed work with auditors to maintain ISO status.
  • Train employees on how to use and access the documents. Develop and work with procedures so that they are standardized.
  • Communicate and collaborate with co workers across various departments.
  • Follow company procedures

  • Experience with Crew documentation knowledge
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office tools like Word & Excel
  • Self-starter with problem-solving skills and high attention to detail

Exp
:

3 to 5 years of experience.


Salary:

₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift
