Scope:


As a Product Owner in the supply chain domain, you will be responsible for leading the development and management of software products and solutions that enhance and optimize various aspects of the supply chain.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product features, set priorities, and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our customers and business objectives


What you'll do:

Product Vision:

Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for supply chain solutions, aligning with the company's overall objectives.


Requirement Gathering:
Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, supply chain experts, and internal teams to gather and document requirements.

Backlog Management:

Create and maintain a prioritized product backlog, ensuring that it reflects the most valuable and feasible features and improvements.


Feature Definition:
Define and articulate detailed user stories, use cases, and product requirements for the development team.


Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with development teams (e.g., software engineers, data analysts), designers, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure that the product is developed efficiently and effectively.


Release Planning:
Plan and coordinate product releases, including setting release goals, timelines, and managing expectations with stakeholders.

Market Analysis:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies in the supply chain domain.


What we are looking for:


Proven experience in the execution space, particularly with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and Order Management Systems (OMS).

Familiarity with key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to Order Management, Warehouse Management, and TMS.


Experience in defining integration requirements and ensuring interoperability between various software solutions, including Order Management, Warehouse Management, and TMS, to create a seamless, efficient, end-to-end supply chain.


Warehouse Management Systems (WMS):
Deep understanding of warehouse automation, inventory management, and warehouse optimization technologies.

Knowledge of defining features that enhance warehouse operations, including picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management.

Experience in optimizing inventory control, space utilization, and the movement of goods within warehouses.


Transportation Management Systems (TMS):
Deep understanding of route optimization, carrier selection, shipment tracking, and freight cost management

Experience in defining features that improve transportation visibility, optimize routes, and reduce transportation costs.


Order Management:
Strong background in order management processes, including order entry, order fulfillment, order tracking, and order prioritization

Experience in defining features that improve order accuracy, order visibility, and order processing efficiency is highly desirable.


A minimum of 8 years of experience in Product Owner/Product Manager roles within the supply chain domain, including at least 2 years of experience with WMS, TMS, or OMS systems.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., supply chain management, business, or computer science). An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.


Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a related role, with a strong understanding of supply chain operations.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Knowledge of supply chain technologies, including ERP systems, inventory management, logistics, and demand forecasting, is a strong advantage.
