Site Supervisor Responsibilities:


  • Site Survey, Workability at Remote Area Sites
  • Site Expenditure Management.
  • Facility Management
  • Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
  • Supervising and instructing the Drilling Operator, Labours well as subcontractors.
  • Educating site Labours about safety regulations and accident protocol.
  • Enforcing site safety rules to minimize workrelated accidents and injuries.
  • Maintaining an accurate record of Labours and operators attendance.
  • Evaluating the performance of Operators and organizational disciplinary measures as needed.

Site Supervisor Requirements:


  • Completion of a HSC education.
  • Experience in construction site management, civil engineering, or related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience working as a site supervisor.
  • Sound knowledge of building codes and construction safety regulations.
  • Working knowledge of basic tools and equipment.
  • Outstanding leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.


  • Hindi

  • English reading & written.

Job Types:
Full-time, Fresher


Salary:
₹12, ₹20,000.00 per month
