    Description
    Weare currently seeking a skilled and experienced ConstructionSupervisor to join our dynamic team and oversee constructionactivities at various jobsites.

    JobDescription:
    • Supervise and coordinate construction activities at job sites toensure projects are completed on schedule and withinbudget
    • Overseethe work of subcontractors construction workers and other personnelto ensure quality standards are met.
    • Interpret blueprints drawings and specifications to ensurecompliance with projectrequirements.
    • Maintain Quality assurance and adren contractor for neat andquality work at site.
    • Coordinate with project managers to develop and implementconstruction schedules budgets and timelines.
    • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress identifypotential issues and ensure safety standards areupheld.
    • Address any onsite issues or concerns promptly and effectively tominimize delays and disruptions.
    • Maintain accurate records of project progress including dailyreports inspection logs and changeorders.
    • Communicate regularly with project stakeholders including clientsarchitects engineers and regulatory authorities.
    • Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure asafe working environment for all personnel.
    • Provide guidance training and support to construction team membersto promote professional growth anddevelopment.


    Requirements

    Requirements:
    • Bachelorsdegree in construction business management or engineeringpreferred.
    • Provenexperience working in construction supervision or a similar role.
    • Strong knowledge of construction methods materials and techniques.
    • Understandingof construction safety regulations and best practices.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multipleprojectssimultaneously.


    Requirements: Bachelor's degree in construction, business,management, or engineering preferred. Proven experience working inconstruction supervision or a similar role. Strong knowledge ofconstruction methods, materials, and techniques. Understanding ofconstruction safety regulations and best practices. Strongorganizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projectssimultaneously.
