Sample Coordinator-Female

Responsibilities

Seeing to the sample request and following up.
Sending WhatsApp intimation.
Maintain a proper record of sample (Manually as well as on Excel sheet)
Proper revert to customers.
Seeing to the Invoices process and proper tracking of samples.
Quality check of samples on daily basis.
Attending and responding to the customer's care number.
Take sample feedback from customers.
Setup showroom on a weekly basis.
