Job Description:
- Looking for an experienced
Business Development Manager in the
US staffing industry. - Develop new clients (
Direct / Tier 1 /MSP) for IT staffing business in USA - Ability to build
business relationships - Have long term clients who is
willing to work with you and who has gained trust over the years working with you - Proven record of
successfully signing up contracts with new clients and placing resources on various projects - Good understanding of
US staffing business, sales process and recruitment process. - Must have a proven track record of outstanding
sales performance in the IT consulting industry and a workable approach for closing new business, and a sense of urgency in obtaining new business. - Full life cycle of IT solutions and staffing, business generation and recruiting experience with the ability to multitask for various positions as per requirements.
- Expertise in relationship building and developing clientbased solutions by understanding the customer's business needs and challenges.
Pay:
₹40, ₹60,000.00 per month

Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
