The Java& Web Developer plays a crucial role in the development andmaintenance of web applications. They are responsible for creatingefficient and userfriendly web interfaces using Java and relatedtechnologies. This role is essential in ensuring the seamlessfunctionality and performance of webapplications.

KeyResponsibilities:

Designingdeveloping and implementing web applications using Java and relatedtechnologies
Writing welldesigned efficient andtestable code
Collaborating withcrossfunctional teams to define design and ship newfeatures
Ensuring the technical feasibility ofUI/UX designs
Optimizing applications formaximum speed and scalability
Implementingsecurity and data protection
Integratingfrontend elements built by other teammembers
Conducting software analysisprogramming testing and debugging
Creating andmaintaining technical documentation
Monitoringand improving frontend performance
Stayingupdated on emerging technologies in webdevelopment
Troubleshooting and debuggingissues
Participating in codereviews
Working on bug fixing and improvingapplication performance
Collaborating withbackend developers and web designers to improveusability

RequiredQualifications:

Bachelors degree inComputer Science or a related field
Proven workexperience as a Java web developer
Strongproficiency in Java JSP Servlets and relatedframeworks
Experience with web markup includingHTML5 and CSS3
Proficient understanding ofclientside scripting and JavaScriptframeworks
Familiarity with Spring frameworkand MVC architecture
Experience with RESTfulweb services and APIs
Knowledge of versioncontrol systems particularly Git
Understandingof crossbrowser compatibility and responsivedesign
Solid understanding of serverside CSSpreprocessors
Experience with data migrationtransformation and scripting
Creating databaseschemas that represent and support businessprocesses
Strong problemsolving skills andattention to detail
Excellent communication andteamwork skills
Ability to work independentlyand as part of a team
