Primary Responsibilities:

• Sell bench consultants to USbased clients
• Manage and develop relationships with clients and vendors
• Identify and qualify new leads
• Schedule and conduct interviews
• Negotiate salaries and contracts
• Onboard new consultants
• Help set up the company's infrastructure for hiring and bench sales

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in US IT bench sales recruiting
• Strong understanding of the US IT job market
• Excellent relationship building and sales skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in using CRM software and other recruiting tools

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with US visa and immigration process
• Experience with billing and invoicing
• Experience with marketing and social media

Responsibilities:

• Actively market bench consultants to USbased clients
• Identify and qualify new leads
• Schedule and conduct interviews
• Negotiate salaries and contracts
• Onboard new consultants
• Provide regular updates to clients and vendors on the status of placements
• Track and report on key metrics, such as number of placements, revenue generated, and time to fill
• Help set up the company's infrastructure for hiring and bench sales

, including developing recruiting processes, creating job descriptions, and posting job openings

• Manage and develop relationships with key vendors, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS) and background check providers
