Description

Reach out to existing and potential customers (outbound calling) to present our product and service offering.

Attending inbound calls to resolve queries, taking feedback or assist with product related information.
Communicate effectively with customers to understand their requirements and take efforts to fulfill their business needs.
Cold calling, lead generation and other related tasks whenever required as instructed by the management.
Address any questions or issues customers may have and try to resolve them or escalate them to the concerned authority.
Maintain timely & accurate data to have an updated customer & telecalling database.
Daily/weekly/monthly report sharing with the management.

Desired Skill Set:

Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
Adequate computer skills (MS Office).
Self driven, detail oriented and target oriented.
Willingness to learn new things.

Experience:
1-2 years of proven experience.

Education:

Graduate in any stream.

Salary:
Rs. 10,000/- to Rs.15,000/- per month.

Job Location:
Ghorpade Peth, Swargate, Pune.

Salary:
₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
