Expert - Scrum Master

JOB PURPOSE:

Train the scrum team to adopt Agile Mindset. Drive the team towards achieving their committed deliverables. Optimize the Scrum Team's process and implement the changes.

As a Scrum Master you will be facilitating the Scrum ceremonies, removing the impediments of the scrum team, and help the product owner with Product Backlog refinement.

Plan > Facilitate > Remove Blockers > Demo Increment > Collect Feedback > Improvise > Implement > Product Backlog Refinement

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Using agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions.
Training and supporting scrum teams to follow agile values, principles, and practices.
Determining and managing tasks, issues, risks, and action items.
Scheduling and facilitating scrum events, meetings, and decisionmaking processes.
Monitoring progress and performance by using dashboard metrics and helping teams to make improvements.
Supporting Product Owner with Product Backlog Refinement.
Planning and organizing demos and product/system testing.
Ensuring the proper use of collaborative processes and removing impediments for the scrum team.
Protecting the Scrum Team from external and internal factors.
Tracking and maintaining product increment.
Preparing and presenting status reports to stakeholders.

WHO YOU ARE

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field preferred.
Certifications: CSM or PSM (mandatory), SAFe is added advantage
3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, to deliver solutions.
Leadership and management experience.
Excellent people and project management skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
