Job Role:
Academic Coordinator
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and communicating with parents regarding their children's progress in ballet classes.
- Organizing parent teacher meetings, open house and other student/parent related events.
- Need to handle student attendance daily.
- Handle the challenges.
- Maintaining Student database.
- Building and maintaining relationships with parents and students.
- Handling the complete course life cycle of students.
- Enroll parents and students in events.
- Maintain accurate records such as attendance, progress of students, parentteacher communication logs.
- Assisting with general administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with parents, students or in a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills in English.
- Passion for the arts and commitment to children's education.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary:
₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
