Job Role:
Academic Coordinator


Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Coordinating and communicating with parents regarding their children's progress in ballet classes.
  • Organizing parent teacher meetings, open house and other student/parent related events.
  • Need to handle student attendance daily.
  • Handle the challenges.
  • Maintaining Student database.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with parents and students.
  • Handling the complete course life cycle of students.
  • Enroll parents and students in events.
  • Maintain accurate records such as attendance, progress of students, parentteacher communication logs.
  • Assisting with general administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working with parents, students or in a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills in English.
  • Passion for the arts and commitment to children's education.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month


Schedule:
