1. Solving customer queries.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel.
3. Good Communications skills( English & Hindi)
Responsibilities:
1.Solve customer queries
2. Oversea & execute day-to-day operations
3. Generate regular reports on customer inquiries, feedback. Imp Excel, good english
