As Production Designer at Monotype, your primary responsibility is to deliver digital assets that are consistently onbrand and crafted with a meticulous attention to detail.
Design digital assets that support our lead generation and Account Based Marketing initiatives for Monotype products and services, whilst ensuring continuously improving our KPIs.
You'll be responsible for the production of large volumes of static and animated digital banner ads at different sizes, formats and language versions.
Working closely within the Monotype brand guidelines you will think creatively to develop innovative and impactful design solutions.
You will collaborate with the Creative Director, Design Lead, fellow Designers, Animators and Content Writers to ensure seamless integration of graphic and digital design elements.

What we're looking for:

A bright and ambitious designer, up for the challenge of joining a dynamic global creative team, with the ability to adapt to different cultures.
You have 34 years of relevant creative experience, agency or inhouse, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative and highquality Graphic Design projects.
Experience in producing the rollout of large volumes of HTML 5 banners, Social Media ads and Video banners, in static and animated formats.
Excellent attention to detail for typography and a commitment to delivering the highest quality work that aligns with our own brand standards.
Experience in digital artworking / resizing of imagery.
Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop software and its AI capabilities.
Effective communication skills and ability to work in a global and distributed environment.
Experience with advertising, digital or marketing agency backgrounds is preferred. Experience with design / production or artworking backgrounds is a plus.
