Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Request, and CMDB

  • Maintain integrity of existing program logic according to specifications.
  • Evaluate, troubleshoot, and perform rootcause analysis for production issues and system failures. Determine corrective action and improvements to prevent recurrence. Provide implementation/production support, as required.
  • Generic Support Functionalities like Profile Creation, Group Creation, Basic Troubleshooting for ITSM Processes
  • ServiceNow platform management including but not limited to; Service Account/Credential Management, Mid-Server Management
  • User Profile Management, Integration Management, Instance cloning and upgrade activities and Environment Management
  • Good to have knowledge and working experience in the areas of Service Mapping and CMDB
