Statistics Faculty for CA Foundation (Quantitative Aptitude)

Job Type:
Part-time

Job Duration:
Temporary (with possibility of extension)

Location:
CPE Junior College, near GVMC office, Ramnagar, Visakhapatnam.

Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans in accordance with the CA Foundation curriculum, specifically focusing on Statistics for the Quantitative paper.
Create engaging and interactive teaching materials, including presentations, handouts, and assignments.
Conduct regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to students to facilitate their learning and understanding of statistical concepts.
Foster a positive and supportive learning environment conducive to student success.
Stay updated with changes in the CA Foundation syllabus and exam patterns, and incorporate relevant updates into teaching materials and methods.
Provide additional support and guidance to students as needed, including answering questions and addressing concerns outside of class hours.
Collaborate with other faculty members and staff to ensure the smooth functioning of the department and the overall academic program.

Qualifications:

A master's degree in Statistics or a related field from a reputable institution.
Prior teaching experience, preferably at the CA Foundation level or similar educational programs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and motivate students.

Schedule:

Parttime position requiring teaching three classes daily.
Each class is 50 minutes long.
