Description
We are looking an Ecommerce Manager. Who is enthusiastic in his work and proactively do his task on time. With less supervision on his work. He is a one-point contact for all ecommerce business.

Day to day activities has to be maintain in tracker as per the marketplace like Amazon, Flipkart, Tatacliq, myntra and Ajio etc.

Find out the promotional and sales opportunities.


Responsibilities:


  • Oversee the daytoday operations of Marketplace programs (e.g. Amazon, Flipkart, Tatacliq, myntra etc)
  • Responsible for SOP Catalogue creation, pricing management & listing.
  • Work in collaboration to leverage products, campaigns, and promotional opportunities, as well as manage the addition, removal, and promotion of products.
  • Be the daytoday point of contact directly with the Marketplaces to find promotional and sale opportunities.
  • Coordinate with other departments such Purchasing, logistics & customer service to ensure all orders are being received and processed appropriately to maintain a highlevel customer rating.
  • Track Marketplace metrics, including sales, feedback, cancelation rates, etc. and provide performance summaries.
  • Collaborate on the development and manage marketplace pricing strategy and oversight.
  • Monitor competitor listings and provide strategy around products, tactics and pricing.
  • Help launch additional marketplaces against roadmap
  • Ensuring inventory fills to avoid stock out on FBA.
  • Digital advertising tools knowledge i.e. Amazon sponsored product / ads
  • Managing the product catalogues with A+ contents
  • Protecting the inhouse brands through the brand registry and managing the brand's reputation on the platform.
  • Optimize the FBA stocks without reducing the sales performance while minimizing the storage cost
  • Troubleshooting within Seller Central, FBA interfaces, flipkart seller central etc.
  • Knowledge and perform operations on vendor central.
  • Interacting with the stakeholders and the brands.
  • A good knowledge on shopify.

Requirement:


  • 5 to 6 years of experience in same role.
  • Good verbal & written communication skills.
  • Hands on experience on Ecommerce.
  • Any Graduation.

Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Ecommerce: 2 years (preferred)
- total work: 5 years (preferred)
