Should be from Retail Industry - Experience with LFS,Good aesthetic sense.
Good energy levels and ability to multi-task.
Good communication skills.
Coordinating with vendors on deliverables, production, timelines and connectivity Coordinating with the sales team for the distribution list, tracking of VM elements, addressing queries on VM and timely execution of VM in stores
Scanning of all channels for assets deployed and affecting timely maintenance of the same
Managing all the commercial operations related to VM

  • New Season Launch-Planning & execution.
  • Mannequin Styling as per VM guidelines
  • Adopt, develop, deliver & communicate visual concepts
  • Ensure budget adherence at each store
  • Vendor Management

Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Conduct Research based on lifestyle concepts, trends and store attributes, and brand messaging/stories.
  • Keep up to date with visual merchandising trends
  • Research brief, theme, and product/brand to design a unique display
  • Research and develop display ideas to meet client/organizational goals/target market needs and aspirations
  • Evaluate current trends in display design, equipment, and materials
  • Develop an original concept that clearly meets the client/organizational goals/target market needs and aspirations
  • Create and professionally present a clean, professional mood board to colleagues, managers, and related departments/professionals to include: sketches, images, and colour fabric charts.
  • Plan the different window displays well in advance for approval and ensures the same is in inline with the brands' communications.
  • Manage the set ups at showrooms, Brand Functions, Trade shows, etc
  • Review product information and develop merchandising concepts to ensure the right experience and interactions with said collateral
  • Work closely with the retail teams to ensure that products are displayed in a desirable manner and product feedback is taken from the retail teams.
  • Ensure that all window dressing is within the budget allocated
  • Identify and work with vendors to execute the approved concepts
  • Ensure that photo reports are maintained
  • Ensure that the messaging is inline with the brands' communications and within the brand guidelines
  • Ensure that there is a consistent freshness in the display set ups through weekly/monthly changes in the VM (both online and offline)

Pay:
₹246, ₹447,357.79 per year
