ROLE OF MARKETING & RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT_

  • Manage an effective, efficient and productive Marketing Department by ensuring that the appropriate structures, systems, competencies and values are developed.
  • Relations managers are in charge of planning and directing public relations programs.
  • This might include writing press releases and sponsoring corporate events that will put the health care organization's name into the industry's (and public's) focus in a favorable light.
  • They are also responsible for researching trends that may affect the health care company
  • Develops and sustains the hospital's public image by creating and managing public relations plans and policies; maintaining relationships with people who influence media coverage; controlling internal and external communication design and content; finding new ways to promote the hospital's image; creating interest in employee.
  • Develop Disease Management analyses of the areas of relevance, and strategic assessments of the company's products in the Indian market.
  • Form informal networks with company senior management, updating them on a regular basis on developments within Marketing, and working with them on crossfunctional projects.
  • Financial management of the marketing programme including budget planning, resource allocation and preparation of quarterly reports.
  • Provide significant input into the annual marketing plan, specifically (taking into consideration past history, market trends, competitive activity and required sales effort), required sales promotion programme (taking into consideration marketing strengths relative to competitors, selling opportunities and customers' needs and attitudes) and the marketing materials needed to accomplish the goals.

Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
