Front office
Key Responsibilities:
- 1. Welcomes and greets all patients and visitors, in person or over the phone.
- 2. Answers the phone while maintaining a polite, consistent phone manner using proper telephone etiquette.
- 3. Registers new patients and updates existing patient demographics by collecting detailed patient information including personal and financial information.
- 4. Process billing and payments for patients and internal departments.
- 5. Facilitates patient flow by notifying the provider of patients' arrival, being aware of delays, and communicating with patients and clinical staff.
- 6. Responds to inquiries by patients, prospective patients, and visitors in a courteous manner.
- 7. Keeps medical office supplies adequately stocked by anticipating inventory needs, placing orders, and monitoring office equipment.
- 8. Protects patient confidentiality, making sure personal health information is secured by maintaining a clean desk policy and not leaving the computer unlocked while away.
- 9. Call patients to remind them of upcoming appointments, procedures & inform them of any updates from the clinic.
- 10. Responsible for keeping the reception area clean and organized.
- 11. Provide patients with support and guidance as needed.
- 12. Make calls to prospective patients and explain about our facility and services.

- Knowledge of Hospital Industry
- Knowledge of Fertility based hospital

- 2.Take & relay messages, provide information to callers.
- 3.Deal with queries from customers.
- 4.Ensures knowledge of staff movements.
- 5.Conference room arrangement, administrative support.
