Junior to Mid-level Product Designer

  • Chennai, Fulltime

  • This is an inoffice job and not remote.
  • As a Junior to Midlevel Product Designer at Orocorp, you will be responsible for helping to create intuitive and visually appealing user experiences. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams, including product managers, engineers, and other designers, to bring our digital products to life. This role is an excellent opportunity for a designer with 12 years of experience to further develop their skills and contribute to the success of exciting projects.
    Key Responsibilities

User-Centric Design:
Understand user needs and behaviour to create user-centric designs that provide a great user experience

  • 2 Wireframing and Prototyping:
Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to illustrate design concepts and interactions

  • 3 UI Design:
Develop pixel-perfect, high-quality UI designs that are consistent with brand guidelines and visual design principles

  • 4 Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers, to ensure the successful implementation of design solutions

  • 5 User Research:
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs for continuous improvement

  • 6 Design Documentation:
Produce design specifications, style guides, and design assets for developers to implement the designs

  • 7 Stay Updated:
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, emerging design tools, and technologies to stay at the forefront of product design

  • 8 Feedback Integration:
Be open to feedback and actively seek input from colleagues to enhance your design work.
Qualifications

  • 12 years of experience as a Product Designer.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of usercentred design principles.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates your design skills and thought process.
