Responsibilities
l Identify the clients' fitness level and goals
l Track clients' physical progress
l Modify exercise plans based on needs, potential injuries or health issues
l Conduct individual PT trials and assessments
l Adopt a holistic training approach
l Oversee the use of fitness equipment to ensure clients exercise properly and safely
l Drive personal training revenue & consumption
l Refer to and promote fitness packages and plans
l Carry out First Aid and CPR if needed
l Follow safety and hygiene guidelines
Requirements and skills
l Previous work experience as a Personal Trainer or similar role
l Knowledge of diverse exercises and how to adjust plans according to each client's needs
l Ability to instruct and motivate people
l Excellent communication skills
l Teamwork
l Available to work on early or late shifts and on weekends
l Proven experience of CPR and First Aid
l Required trainer certifications
Performance expectation & standards:
l Conduct personal training session as per appointments
l Work for Split Shift working hours(classes in the morning and evening) and Single Shift
l Work six days in a week with 1 day off(rotational basis)
l Drive energy, participation and engagement in members during the session
l Design individualized training approach basis members goals and fitness level
l Personal training revenue & consumption

Salary:
₹18, ₹20,000.00 per month
