Recruiter for UAE based Recruitment Firm.


Key Responsibilities:

Develop talent pools on assigned positions.
Providing full life cycle support for the recruitment process from initiating requisitions to managing offer approvals.
Scheduling interviews, managing calendars and conflicting priorities.
Arrange interviews and follow-up closely on the feedback.


Knowledge, skills & experience:

3+ years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition
Bachelors degree in Business Management, Human Resources or similar.
Advanced knowledge of ATS tools
Experience with end-to-end recruitment processes
Excellent communication, networking and interpersonal skills
Very strong administration skills
Organized, detail-oriented, focused on execution with a high sense of urgency
Ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Location Mumbai
Fluent in English
Must have laptop and Net connection.
Salary 20K plus high commissions
Timing 10am to 7 pm Monday to Friday
