Internal Sales - Bangalore (Code IS02)
Qualification:
- Qualification: Degree in Science or Engineering or Business Administration.
- Good command over English.
- 12 years' experience
Desired Skills:
- Working knowledge of IT products, preferably solution selling.
- Good phone ethics.
- Hard worker, willing to achieve targets and fast learner.
Job Requirement:
- Qualification of inbound marketing leads.
- Proactive lead generation and pipeline creation through outbound prospecting.
- Provide initial sales contact and utilize a consultative approach to evaluate and understand prospect's business and needs.
- Pipeline management
- Top of the funnel activity for region through selling and closing stages for your deals.
- Communicate the company's value proposition via calls and online meetings tailored to the prospective customer's needs.
- Create and manage qualified opportunities within CRM.
- Maintain and work within the CRM system to ensure data quality.
- Work with regional Pre-Sales Engineer during the sales cycle for technical assistance and management.
- Meet or exceed assigned activity/revenue targets outlined in Compensation Plan.
Salary:
₹20, ₹50,000.00 per month
