Employment Type:
Full Time, Permanent
for IT/Non IT requirements for our US/Canadian clientele.

The position will require strong knowledge and experience in reading and understanding of job openings, resume screening, profile

The position will be working closely with International Customers/Clients, in order to obtain feedback and refine sourcing


Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for handling IT/Non-IT requirements.
  • Must understand difference between W2, C2C, 1099, US Visas, etc.
  • Willing to handle Contract, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) positions.
  • Weekly meetings with India offshore team with status update, discuss requirements to be worked as per the priorities, reset the focus as per the requirement need.
  • Updating Status reports in Project Management System to keep track of the projects.
  • Sending daily status reports to designated Customers and Legacy Group Management

Skills/Qualification Required:


  • Bachelors in any field of studies.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills is a MUST.
  • American Accent will be preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Must have good computer skills, especially with MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-Power Point.
  • Willing to learn and grow attitude.
  • An attitude of taking ownership and accountability of the job/tasks/projects assigned to him/her.
  • Willing to work in US Shift / Rotational Shift.
