Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and educational objectives in Science, Social Studies, and English.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued, respected, and motivated to learn.
- Assess student learning through formative and summative assessments, including tests, quizzes, projects, and presentations.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to support their academic growth and development.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs and interests of students.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan interdisciplinary units, projects, and educational activities.
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student progress, performance, and behaviour.
- Participate in faculty meetings, professional development workshops, and schoolrelated events as required.
- Uphold school policies and procedures, including those related to safety, discipline, and academic integrity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Deep content knowledge and expertise in Science, Social Studies, or English.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to integrate technology into instruction to enhance learning experiences.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and growth.
- Flexibility, creativity, and a passion for inspiring students to reach their full potential.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and students.
- Fluency in English language (both spoken and written).
