Job Summary:


Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement innovative lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and educational objectives in Science, Social Studies, and English.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued, respected, and motivated to learn.
• Assess student learning through formative and summative assessments, including tests, quizzes, projects, and presentations.
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to support their academic growth and development.
• Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs and interests of students.
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan interdisciplinary units, projects, and educational activities.
• Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student progress, performance, and behaviour.
• Participate in faculty meetings, professional development workshops, and schoolrelated events as required.
• Uphold school policies and procedures, including those related to safety, discipline, and academic integrity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Deep content knowledge and expertise in Science, Social Studies, or English.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
• Ability to integrate technology into instruction to enhance learning experiences.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and growth.
• Flexibility, creativity, and a passion for inspiring students to reach their full potential.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and students.
• Fluency in English language (both spoken and written).
