Job Roles:
- Soft Skill trainer will be primarily responsible for training the students in Soft Skills through the use of innovative teaching techniques & tools like case studies, audios/videos, role plays, activities/workshops, evaluation methods, assessments tests etc.
- The major task of the trainer is to equip students to successfully face Corporate Interviews during Campus Recruitment Drives. In depth knowledge of the recruitment process followed by companies is desirable.
- The job role involves training AI and Java Trainees (B.Tech/M.Tech/BCA/MCA etc graduates) in Soft Skills.
- Only fulltime positions are available.
- Should have passion for training and ability to connect with the students.
Minimum Qualifications:
Strong English communications skills & flair for training.
Key Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Sound knowledge in solving R & A problems
Salary:
₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Fixed shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Gopalpura, Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
Experience:
- Teaching: 1 year (preferred)
Language:
- English (preferred)
