Compensation:
As per company standards.**This role will require experience in being the IT business partner handling over 300 users.

He / She will majorly be responsible for IT Infra Systems & processes, introduce new technology, licensing compliance, plant automization, adhering to service level agreements and collaborate with functions.

Educational qualification:
BE/ B.Tech/ MCA, Certification of CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Analyst), ITIL foundation (IT Infra Laboratory), Microsoft is desirable.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for Development & Implementation of Netsuite.
Responsible for overall IT Infra systems & processes
Analysis and designing Improvement Plans in IT Infrastructure.
Ensure implementation of all IT policy & process as per Corporate IT guidelines.
Responsible for defining training needs of the users, conduct training.
Automize operations in plant & leverage the benefits of IT systems.
Coordinating with users for ERP issues and aligning it to the ERP Team.
We need a person who can Manage complete life cycle of ERP implementation. This starts from understanding the business processes of an organisation till project management & designing of different phases of ERP implementation which includes customisation, integration, support, understanding of forms, fields, workflows etc.
This person should understand the ERP implementation objectives and expectation, business requirements and process and be able to use this understanding to map the business processes in the ERP.

Required Skills:

Hands on experience in development & administration of all ERP modules of Netsuite in manufacturing industry
Dashboard creation & reports generation.
Experience of ERP configuration, Setup, customization & Testing
Sound knowledge of Work flow creation & scripting ( Javascript)
Hands on experience in various tools of Netsuite (Suitebuilder, Shuiteflow, scuitescript, Suitetable etc)
