Responsibilities:

Outbound calling: Proactively contacting leads and existing customers to discuss our products and services.

Lead generation: Identifying and qualifying new leads through research and cold calling.

Product & service knowledge: Gaining in-depth understanding of our offerings to confidently answer customer inquiries and address their needs.

Sales presentations: Delivering compelling presentations over the phone that highlight the value proposition and address customer concerns.

Negotiation & closing: Negotiating deals and closing sales to achieve individual and team targets.

Building relationships: Establishing rapport with customers and fostering long-term relationships.

Data entry & reporting: Accurately entering customer data and generating sales reports.

Adherence to processes: Following company policies and procedures to ensure ethical and compliant sales practices.

Requirements:

15 years of experience in Telemarketing, Telesales, Inside Sales, or Lead Generation.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a similar role.
Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers over the phone.
Strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to tailor presentations accordingly.
Proficient in using a CRM system and other relevant software.
Proficiency in English and at least one of the following languages: Telugu, Tamil, or Hindi.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
Targetoriented with a strong desire to succeed.
