Responsibilities:


  • Handle outbound and inbound calls to customers located in various international regions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain professionalism and courtesy while communicating with customers at all times.
  • Utilize company scripts and guidelines to effectively communicate product information, promotions, and offers to customers.
  • Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the company's database.
  • Meet and exceed performance targets, including call quality metrics, sales targets, and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues and improve processes.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.

Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Night shift
  • US shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus
